Do you offer an Authenticity Guarantee service? While we verify our sellers, we also encourage buyers to ask for provenance or certificates of authenticity (COA) for high-value items directly via the "Ask the Seller" feature before purchasing.
Can I return an item? InfinityBid connects you with independent sellers. Each seller has their own return policy (indicated on the item listing). However, all buyers are protected if an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
How does shipping work? Because items are often unique, fragile, or high-value, shipping is handled directly by the Seller to ensure the best care. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's location and your delivery address.
Who can sell on InfinityBid? We invite professional antique dealers, art galleries, jewelry boutiques, and established vintage resellers to apply. We are currently not accepting applications from private individuals looking to sell personal household items.
What are your selling fees? We offer the most competitive structure in the luxury market:
Listing Fee: $0.00 (Free).
Commission: 5% of the final sale price.
The Luxury Cap: The maximum fee we ever charge is $250 per item. Even if you sell a $50,000 vase, your fee is only $250.
When do I get paid? Immediately upon payment processing. We do not hold your funds for weeks. Payments go directly to your connected Stripe or PayPal account.
What categories can I sell? We are currently prioritizing Home Décor, Lighting, and Art. We are accepting applications for Watches, Jewelry, and Fashion, but these categories will be launching in our next phase.
