To use InfinityBid, you must:

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

InfinityBid is a global online marketplace for buying, selling, and auctioning goods. Users agree to:
List only legal, permitted items.
Accurately describe items and disclose all defects.
Ship sold items in a timely manner.
Not use InfinityBid to scam, defraud, or harm other users.
Respect all other users and refrain from abusive or threatening behavior.
Buyers pay the item price plus applicable taxes and shipping.
Sellers pay fees based on their subscription/store level as outlined on the Pricing page. InfinityBid currently does not charge sales commissions on most items.
Payments may be processed via trusted third-party processors like PayPal. InfinityBid is not responsible for third-party payment disputes.
You are responsible for the content you post (text, images, videos, etc.). You grant InfinityBid a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content on the platform.
Do not post:
Infringing, obscene, or illegal content.
False or misleading information.
Content that violates third-party rights or privacy.
The following are not allowed on InfinityBid:
Illegal goods, stolen property, drugs, weapons, counterfeit items.
Items violating intellectual property rights.
Adult content or services.
Anything that violates local or international law.
We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
InfinityBid is a neutral platform. We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve disputes directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact our support team, but we do not guarantee dispute mediation or refunds. Payment processors like PayPal may offer buyer/seller protection.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:
Violating these Terms or the law.
Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Endangering the platform or its users.
Users may close their account at any time via the account settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfinityBid:
Is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Makes no guarantees about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform.
Does not guarantee the success of any sales, earnings, or transactions.
You use the Platform at your own risk.
Your use of InfinityBid is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
All trademarks, logos, and content on InfinityBid (except user content) are the property of InfinityBid or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
