Welcome to InfinityBid.com (“InfinityBid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). InfinityBid is a curated global marketplace connecting professional dealers of luxury home décor, lighting, and design with discerning buyers.
By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
InfinityBid is a platform for adults and professional entities. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
All registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
You have not been previously suspended or removed from our Platform.
2.1 Buyer Accounts: Buyers may browse and purchase items by creating a standard account. 2.2 Seller Accounts: Selling on InfinityBid is a privilege, not a right. To become a Seller, you must apply and be approved by our curation team. We reserve the right to reject any seller application at our sole discretion. 2.3 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
InfinityBid currently facilitates the sale of Home Décor, Lighting, and Art. While we may expand categories in the future, Sellers agree to list only items that fall within the approved categories assigned to their account.
Users agree to:
List only authentic, legal items they have physical possession of.
Provide accurate, high-quality photos and detailed descriptions of all defects or wear.
Ship sold items within the timeframe specified in the listing (typically 3-5 business days).
Maintain professional communication with other users.
4.1 Listing Fees: InfinityBid does not charge a fee to create a basic listing. 4.2 Final Value Fees: Sellers agree to pay a Final Value Fee when an item sells.
Standard Rate: 5% of the total sale price (excluding shipping/taxes).
High-Value Cap: The commission is capped at $250.00 USD per item for high-value transactions. 4.3 Subscriptions: Sellers engaged in our Monthly or Annual Preferred programs are subject to the fees outlined on our [Site Fees] page. 4.4 Payments: Transactions are processed directly between Buyer and Seller via third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). InfinityBid is not a bank and does not hold funds unless a specific Escrow service is utilized.
InfinityBid maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding fraud. The following are strictly prohibited:
Counterfeits: Replicas, "super-clones," or unauthorized copies of trademarked designs.
Misleading Listings: Items that differ significantly from their description.
Off-Platform Transactions: Users may not use InfinityBid to locate a buyer/seller and then complete the transaction off-site to avoid fees.
6.1 Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, and code on InfinityBid are the property of InfinityBid or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws. 6.2 Your Content: By posting content (photos, descriptions) on InfinityBid, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., featuring your item in our email newsletters or social media).
7.1 Neutral Venue: InfinityBid functions as a venue. We are not a party to the actual transaction between Buyers and Sellers. 7.2 Dispute Resolution: We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. However, if a resolution cannot be reached, users may contact InfinityBid Support. While we may attempt to facilitate a resolution, we do not guarantee refunds or specific outcomes. 7.3 Buyer Protection: Buyers are strongly encouraged to use payment methods that offer purchase protection (such as PayPal Goods & Services).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfinityBid and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt).
