Our platform is populated exclusively by professional dealers, galleries, and vetted boutiques. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits.

What payment methods do you accept? To ensure your security, we utilize trusted third-party processors including PayPal and Stripe. These platforms offer industry-leading encryption and buyer protection measures.

Can I negotiate the price? Yes. Many of our sellers accept offers. Look for the "Make an Offer" button on the listing page. You can submit your best price, and the seller has the option to accept, decline, or counter your offer.

How is shipping calculated? Since our sellers are located worldwide, shipping costs vary based on the item’s size, origin, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For large furniture items, sellers may provide a custom freight quote after purchase.

What is your Return Policy? Return policies vary by individual Seller. Please check the "Shipping & Returns" tab on the specific item listing before purchasing. However, all purchases are protected by our Buyer Promise: if an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, InfinityBid will mediate to ensure a fair resolution.
