Shipping Instructions

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the majority of countries worldwide. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Your order is also fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional processing time by local customs authorities.
International Shipments

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are separate from the purchase price and shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Because all shipments are tracked and insured, please contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged so we can file a claim and assist you with a resolution.
If you have any questions about shipping before placing your order, feel free to contact us.

Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Infinitybid.com. Please review our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, we will accept the return provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, if any).

International Orders & Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and have nothing to do with Infinitybid.com.
Please note that failing to pay any applicable import duties or customs fees may result in the package being destroyed by the customs agent or returned to the sender. In such cases, a substantial return shipping fee is typically charged by the carrier. This fee will be deducted from any refund that may be due.
How to Start a Return

Please contact us through our website or email before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
