Once we review your claim, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly and keep you happy.
Refused Deliveries, Unpaid Import Duties, and Customs Issues
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any related charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
If you refuse to accept the goods, fail to pay required import duties or taxes, or the shipment is refused on entry into your country, this creates additional expenses (including return shipping, rebooking fees, storage, and handling charges). In these cases:

Customs authorities may destroy or abandon the goods, or
The goods may be returned to the country of origin.

Orders are not eligible for a refund in these situations, as the refusal or non-payment generates non-recoverable costs. Any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer and may be deducted from any potential settlement, to the extent permitted by law.
Refusing delivery is not the same as initiating a return through our process. We recommend accepting the package and contacting us if there is an issue with the item itself.
