Before the hero, before the king, there was the child. Lord Ram Lalla captures Lord Rama at the age of five — a divine portrayal of innocence, serenity, and purity. This extraordinary sculpture presents the deity as “Lalla,” meaning beloved child, inviting a deep spiritual connection through his gentle, radiant presence.
Created in collaboration with renowned sculptor Dr. Arun Yogiraj, celebrated for crafting the consecrated image installed at the Ayodhya temple, this masterpiece is reinterpreted in High Porcelain by Lladro sculptor Raúl Rubio, following the sacred principles of Shilpa Shastra.
Inspired by the Ayodhya temple tradition in which a beam of sunlight touches the deity’s forehead every Ram Navami — the Surya Tilak — this sculpture embodies blessing, cosmic harmony, and devotion.
Lord Ram Lalla is adorned in a soft, velvet-like robe and exquisitely enameled jewelry in ruby, emerald, and pearl tones. His floral garland is handcrafted petal by petal, featuring more than 500 tiny porcelain flowers. Behind him rises a majestic hand-carved arch in anthracite gray, depicting the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu, with Lord Hanuman and Garuda at his feet and sacred Hindu symbols above him.
Each sculpture demands nearly 20 days of meticulous artisanal work, resulting in an exceptional piece that reflects deep spirituality and timeless artistry.
